ADITUS OS · by MeerTech Limited
The operating system for intelligent energy infrastructure.
One OS across meters, mini grids, mobility and charging, every asset reporting, every naira accounted.
The infrastructure
Distributed energy is the grid now.
A modern energy system is no longer one grid. Utility feeders and transformers sit beside solar arrays, battery banks, mini grids, charge points and swap stations: thousands of assets under many owners, all generating, storing, moving or selling energy that has to be measured, controlled and paid for.
One operating system
Beneath every vertical, the same OS.
ADITUS OS is where all of it converges. Devices stream telemetry over whichever network the field allows; the OS validates every reading, posts it to a double-entry energy and revenue ledger, and hands operators the dashboards, alarms, vending and controls to act on it.
Same devices, same ledger, same console, whether the asset is a feeder, an array, a meter or a bike battery. That is what makes it an operating system rather than a dashboard.

Energy flow
Metered at every hand-off.
Between the array and the customer, energy changes hands five times. ADITUS OS meters each hand-off and posts both sides of it, the energy and the naira, to the same double-entry ledger.
Generation metered
Output is measured at the array: gross production and net delivery, recorded where they happen rather than estimated later.
Storage accounted
Charge, discharge and round-trip losses post to the ledger, so stored energy is never a black box between panels and customers.
Delivery reconciled
What the feeder sent, what each meter registered and what customers paid reconcile entry by entry, in kWh and in ₦.
Intelligence
Analytics that tell the truth.
Every number on an ADITUS OS screen traces back to a device that actually reported it. Readings are validated, posted, analysed and acted on, and the audit trail survives every step.
Meters go offline. Backhaul drops. Sessions end badly. Most platforms fill the gaps with estimates and call it smoothing, which is how phantom energy becomes phantom revenue.
When a number cannot be known, ADITUS OS says why. It never invents one.
A meter offline, a feeder unread, a session unclosed: every missing input is reported with its reason, so a gap in the data looks like a gap, not like revenue.
Smart metering
The meter is where revenue begins.
A prepaid meter is a sensor and a till in one box. ADITUS OS runs the head-end behind it: tokens, telemetry, tariffs and the analytics that keep a metering estate honest.
STS-style vending
Prepaid tokens over mobile-money, agent and web channels. Energy is paid for before it is consumed.
Revenue protection
Tamper, cover-open and bypass events surface the moment the meter raises them, queued for field inspection.
Remote connect / disconnect
Supply switched from the console: enforce payment, shed load, restore service, with every action logged.
EV infrastructure
Charging is an energy business.
A charge point is a metered feeder with a plug on the end, and ADITUS OS treats it that way: every session is measured, billed pay-per-charge, and posted to the same ledger as the rest of the system.
Solar canopies and battery buffers keep sessions running where the grid is weakest; smart load management shares the available power across active plugs. The charger reports what it delivered, billing settles what was paid, and the ledger holds both sides of every session.
Open by protocol
Chargers connect over OCPP, the open charge-point protocol, so third-party stations onboard without custom firmware, and their sessions land in the same billing pipeline.
Distributed energy
A mini grid runs like a small utility.
Generation, storage, distribution, metering and payments, commissioned as one system and operated from one console.
Customers prepay by token, vending posts against delivered energy, and operators watch state of charge, feeder load and collections from anywhere. When the backhaul drops, field operations continue offline and reconcile the moment the link returns. The site keeps selling power either way.
E-mobility rides on the same rails. Swappable-pack fleets report like any other asset: every pack’s charge, health and location lands in the ledger beside the meters, and a battery swap settles like a vend.
The architecture
One stack, from feeder to app.
Telemetry climbs; control descends. Each layer speaks only to its neighbours, and everything crosses the OS.
Physical infrastructure
Feeders, transformers, arrays and LV networks: the assets the rest of the stack exists to run.
Devices & connectivity
Meters, inverters, chargers and battery packs report over GPRS, LoRa, RF and OCPP, whichever link the site actually has.
The OS core
Device orchestration, the double-entry energy + revenue ledger, vending and remote control in one runtime, held green by 1,480+ automated tests.
Intelligence & applications
Interval reads, events and sessions become balances, losses and forecasts, surfaced through the operations console, the customer app and APIs.
